Feature: Metal serrated gasket with outer ring (separating type) is composed of basic type metal serrated gasket and outer ring. Its design and manufacture can meet the application in high-temperature, high-pressure (6.4-16Mpa) and corrosive condition through choosing the most right metal material. 6400SJ separating type outer ring is much economic for this outer ring is made of 1.5mm thick carbon steel.

Application: It is suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature parts. With strong anticorrosion and stable sealing, it is widely used in the flange connection parts of chemical factories, power plants, nuclear stations and so on.

Serrated gasket may be made into combined gasket with outer and inner orientation rings and flexible graphite or PTFE sheet on both sides according to different using parts and requirements.
